Minted Lamb Purse, you are going to love these! Tender pieces of Lamb in a rich Mint Gravy encased in a light puff pastry purse. Easy to cook from frozen which is great if you forget to sort dinner or have unexpected guests. We also have more flavours coming soon! There are 4 purses per order, all individually wrapped so you can take what you need as you need it.

Pre-heat oven to 190 deg C / Gas Mark 5. Place the Purses on a lightly greased baking tray and cook for 40 – 45 minutes until pastry is golden brown.

Pastry, ( WHEATFLOUR, Calcium carbonate, Iron, Niacin.
