They come vacuum sealed with the sauce inside so no preparation required, simply cook from frozen in the oven or air fryer or even boil in the vacuum pac bags. Serve with your favourite vegetables!

Cook in the oven from frozen for 45 minutes at 180c – until hot in the centre. You can also cook in the air fryer but we recommend to defrost first and reduce times by 10 minutes, Check the lamb is hot in the centre, if not add another 5 minutes and so on.
