Our delicious Wholetail Scampi is simply coated in light crispy golden breadcrumb. A firm favourite from our range of online Seafood. Unlike a lot of breaded scampi on the market you will notice a difference even before you taste it. The scampi fills the breadcrumb shell, you won't be eating a pocket of air. What is scampi and how is it made?
Breaded whole tail scampi
Best results are to cook the Scampi straight from the freezer, this is much more convenient too. We recommend you to deep fry the Scampi in hot oil, carefully place the Scampi in the oil at a temperature of 175c/350f and fry for approximately 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from hot oil and dry of any excess oil with paper kitchen towel. Make sure the Scampi is cooked through before serving.
