For best results cook from frozen: Pre-heat your oven and a lightly greased baking tray to 180c (fan assisted) and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden. Check the en-croutes are hot in the centre before serving, if not but them back in the oven for a further 5-10 minutes until hot in the centre.
