All fish is best cooked from frozen. Pre heat oven to 190c and place the fish in a lose foil parcel or oven proof dish. Cover and bake for 25-30mins depending on your oven. The fish will steam and cook perfectly. Some ovens do vary so you may need to add or reduce the time by 5 mins. The fish should be cooked in the centre and flakes ( if it is opaque give it another 5 mins). Cooking this way will keep the fish nice and moist and never dry. If you have fish with skin on you can still cook this way but if you prefer a crispy skin, defrost first and pan fry skin side down ( cooking tome depends on fish).
