Minted Lamb Purse, you are going to love these! Tender pieces of Lamb in a rich Mint Gravy encased in a light puff pastry purse. Easy to cook from frozen which is great if you forget to sort dinner or have unexpected guests. We also have more flavours coming soon! Pre-heat oven to 190 deg C / Gas Mark 5. Place the Purses on a lightly greased baking tray and cook for 40 – 45 minutes until pastry is golden brown.

Mint Sauce: Mint 25%, Spirit vinegar, Sugar, Glucose-fructose syrup, Water, Salt, Acid (acetic acid), stabiliser (xanthan gum), Colour (copper complexes of chlorophyll) EGG glaze: ( Whole EGG, MILK).
