Pre-heat oven to 190 deg C / Gas Mark 5. Place the Purses on a lightly greased baking tray and cook for 40 – 45 minutes until pastry is golden brown.

Prime British Lamb 20%, Beef stock: (Modified starch, Dried glucose syrup, Hydrolysed vegetable protein (SOYA), Modified potato starch, Skimmed Milk powder, Salt, Flavouring, WHEATFLOUR (fortified), Colour E150c, Flavour enhancer E621, Soice (white pepper), Spice extract). Mint Sauce: Mint 25%, Spirit vinegar, Sugar, Glucose-fructose syrup, Water, Salt, Acid (acetic acid), stabiliser (xanthan gum), Colour (copper complexes of chlorophyll) EGG glaze: ( Whole EGG, MILK).
