Lemon Sole is best grilled, for this we recommend to defrost first. Pre-heat your grill to medium hot, place the Lemon sole on some foil, add a little butter & seasoning to each fillet. Also add a little lemon juice if you wish and grill for 8-10 minutes.
You can also pan fry the Lemon Sole, again defrosting the fish first is recommended. Then coat the fillets in a light dusting of flour & add a small knob of butter to the frying pan. Once the pan is hot add the Lemon Sole (it should sizzle, if not turn up the heat a bit). Pan fry approximately 7-8 minutes until cooked through and the flesh is white not clear.
Always check the fish is hot in the centre before serving.
