For best results, cook from frozen

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place product on the grill pan and cook for 12 – 14 minutes turning once.

All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Always check that the product is piping hot throughout

Store at -18c / do not re-freeze once defrosted / remove all packaging before cooking
