Cook from frozen. Cajun Chicken is perfect grilled or baked in the oven. Grill: pre-heat your grill to medium hot and grill for 8-10 mins each side. BBQ: same as grill. Oven: Pre-heat your oven to 180c / gas mark 5 and bake for 20-25 minutes. Check the chicken is cooked through before serving.
