So tasty & very easy to cook, simply oven bake from frozen (see times below) no defrosting required which makes them ideal to keep in stock for last minute meals. Oven bake from frozen: Pre-heated oven at 200c, place on a baking tray, bake for 25-30 minutes, turn half way through cooking. Make sure haddock is hot in the centre before serving.

Air fry: from frozen, remove all packaging and cook at 180c for 18-20 mins ( approx.) Make sure haddock is hot in the centre before serving.
