Cook from frozen: perfect baked in the oven or grilled. Oven: Pre-heat your oven to 180c / gas mark 5 and bake for 20-25 minutes or grill under a medium hot grill for minutes each side. BBQ: same as grill. Make sure the chicken is cooked through and hot in the centre before serving.
