We recommend to cook the Garlic King Prawns from frozen, they are best cooked under a hot grill. Cook shell side down (so flesh side up), for 8-9 minutes. Make sure the prawns are cooked through, the flesh will turn white when cooked, not clear.

Really good prawns and I actually defrosted and cooked thawed for less time. I did wonder where the colour would come from but after grilling it was there and absolutely amazing prawns and flavour. Highly recommended. I’d be interested in recipes that go with these. I cooked a crab risotto which was nice but something lighter might be better.
