We recommend to defrost before cooking, either overnight in the fridge or for a few hours at room temperature. Once defrosted, heat a little oil in a pan, heat until very hot, so hot that the Swordfish sizzles when added to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes each side or until the fish is cooked through. Serve with you favourite vegetables.
* Histamine intolerance: Defrost in microwave then treat as fresh (as above) or From frozen: place in a tin foil parcel with seasoning and butter (if allowed) and bake in the oven for 15 -20 mins 180 deg / gas mark 6 (cooking times may vary depending on the oven so please ensure the fish is cooked throgh before eaating)
