OVEN BAKE:
Remove all packaging
We recommend to cook our cod loins from frozen, as with lots of our fish. If you oven bake in a lose foil parcel or oven proof dish with a lid, the fish will steam, it will never be dry. You can defrost if you would rather but there is more of a chance the fish would be dry if overcooked. Set the oven too 180-190c and bake for 30-35 mins. Check the cod is hot and cooked in the centre before serving. The flesh should be white not opaque.
