NEW - Steak & Ale Purse, part of our new pastry range - you are going to love these!! British Beef, cooked slowly with brown ale until it melts in your mouth. Beef & the rich ale gravy is then encased in a puff pastry, ready to pop in the oven. The purse has a twist at the top (which makes it look like the old Money bags, hence the name). Super tasty and so easy to cook, they cook from frozen (great if you forget to sort dinner or have unexpected guests) and they will be ready in 35-40 minutes. There are 4 purses per order, all individually wrapped so you can take what you need as you need it.

Pre-heat oven to 190 deg C / Gas Mark 5. Place the Purses on a lightly greased baking tray and cook for approx. 20 minutes, then cover with foil and cook for a further 20 minutes, until pastry is golden brown AND the purses are hot in the centre.
