Oven Bake – From Frozen. Place in an ovenproof dish and put into an oven, preheated to 180ºC / Gas Mark 4. Cook for 25 – 30 minutes until piping hot. Ensure the fish is cooked thoroughly.
Air Fry – From Frozen. Place in the fryer p0reheated to 160ºC & cook for 18 – 20 minutes until piping hot. Ensure the fish is cooked thoroughly.
